Question 1

What is Project Apex?

Accepted Answer

Project Apex is a curated automotive platform for cars with character, meaning and driving appeal. It combines discovery, premium vehicle presentation, model context and structured buyer enquiries in one specialist environment.

Question 2

Which vehicles are eligible?

Accepted Answer

Project Apex focuses on selected sports cars, supercars, modern classics, hot hatches, special 4x4s, track cars, restomods and grand tourers with genuine character. Eligibility depends on the specific model, not simply the badge or price.

Question 3

Are electric vehicles allowed?

Accepted Answer

Only exceptional electric performance cars with clear character or significance are considered, such as selected Rimac or Porsche Taycan variants. Electric vehicles are not accepted automatically.

Question 4

How does listing moderation work?

Accepted Answer

Every listing is reviewed for platform eligibility, completeness and presentation quality before publication. Project Apex does not inspect the vehicle and does not guarantee its condition, history, value or the accuracy of seller-supplied information.

Question 5

How do I become a dealer on Project Apex?

Accepted Answer

Project Apex is currently selecting specialist dealers for a 90-day Founding Dealer Pilot. We verify Dealer Fit and business identity, then selected dealers can test up to five eligible vehicles at €0 with no commission, no exclusivity and no automatic paid conversion.

Question 6

What does a private listing cost?

Accepted Answer

During the Project Apex validation period, submitting and publishing an approved private vehicle is free. There is no listing fee and no sales commission. Project Apex still curates every submission and may request changes or decline a car.

Question 7

What if Project Apex already discovers one of my cars through an inventory partner?

Accepted Answer

A vehicle may be surfaced by Project Apex because the car itself fits our curation. That is Project Apex discovery, not a complimentary dealer account. Dealer Partner is the separate official dealer relationship that adds Partner presence, dealer control, Buyer Demand access, Buyer Intent tooling and dealer intelligence for all current Project Apex-eligible stock.

Question 8

Does Project Apex have a dealer subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Dealer Partner is the recurring B2B continuation at €149 excl. VAT per dealership per month. During validation, selected specialist dealers first enter a 90-day Founding Dealer proof window at €0. Day 90 is a value review, not a payment trigger. If sufficient measurable value has not yet been demonstrated, Project Apex may extend free validation. Dealer Partner starts only after demonstrated value, an explicit dealer continuation decision, dealer verification, checkout and required B2B invoicing setup.

Question 9

What does Dealer Partner include?

Accepted Answer

Dealer Partner includes all current Project Apex-eligible dealer inventory, official Partner presence and dealer showroom, native Project Apex presentation, Buyer Demand opportunities, Buyer Intent and enquiry tooling, dealer performance intelligence and supported inventory management or sync routes. There is no per-lead fee or sales commission on top of the monthly Partner price.

Question 10

How do buyer enquiries work?

Accepted Answer

A buyer can start structured Buyer Intent from an eligible Partner listing by asking a question, requesting details or requesting a viewing. Dealer Partners are not charged per enquiry. Buyer Demand is included for Dealer Partners and selected Founding Dealer Pilot participants, allowing relevant dealers to respond when a buyer is actively looking for a specific car.

Question 11

What happens after the Founding Dealer Pilot?

Accepted Answer

The first 90 days end with a value review and never convert automatically. If Project Apex has not yet demonstrated sufficient meaningful value, it may offer an additional free validation period. If value has been demonstrated, the dealer can explicitly choose to continue as Dealer Partner for €149 excl. VAT per month or stop. No charge starts merely because 90 days have passed.

Question 12

What countries do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Project Apex is launching Belgium-first. Belgian specialist dealers and inventory are the current go-to-market focus; European expansion follows after the Belgian supply-and-demand loop is proven. Buyers can explore the public Project Apex platform from anywhere.

Question 13

What photo requirements are there?

Accepted Answer

Minimum photo requirements vary by category: typically minimum 8 photos including exterior, interior, engine bay, and detail shots.

Question 14

Does Project Apex use AI?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Project Apex uses AI-assisted tools to help translate, structure and refine content, as our native language is Dutch.

However, AI is not our source of truth. We review our content before publication and aim to keep every article, listing and post as accurate and respectful as possible.

If you notice an error or missing context, we appreciate constructive feedback and corrections. When a correction is valid, we will review and update the content as quickly as possible.

Project Apex is built around a shared passion for cars with character, history and emotion — and we are always willing to learn from the community.

Question 15

How does Project Apex handle corrections?

Accepted Answer

If an article, listing or editorial post contains an error, Project Apex may update the content to improve accuracy, context or wording.

When a correction is valid, we aim to apply it as quickly as possible. For significant corrections, we may also clarify the update where appropriate.

Our goal is not to pretend we know everything, but to build a better automotive platform together with knowledgeable enthusiasts, collectors, dealers and passionate drivers.

Question 16

Are Project Apex articles independent?

Accepted Answer

Project Apex editorial content is created to highlight cars with character, history, emotion and desirability.

We may use public sources, manufacturer information, historical references, press material and community knowledge to support our content. AI tools may assist with language and structure, but the final responsibility for publication remains with Project Apex.
