Consumer Rights & Withdrawal

Private listings are currently free during the Project Apex validation period, so no publication payment is required. This page remains available for any historical eligible consumer payment and for general information about future paid consumer services. It does not apply to Dealer Partner B2B services.

Current free validation service & historical paid services

The current validation-period private listing is free and does not create a private-listing payment or withdrawal workflow.

If you previously purchased a private-listing publication or extension under an earlier paid flow, any mandatory consumer rights attached to that transaction remain unaffected. Where the statutory distance-contract withdrawal right applies, the electronic route below remains available for eligible recorded payments within the applicable window.

How to withdraw

You may use the electronic route below when the relevant payment is available in your account, or send any clear statement of your decision to withdraw to the professional email address in the Legal Notice. You do not have to use a particular wording.

Project Apex records the request date and, where technically possible, processes the refundable balance through the original payment route. If an automatic refund cannot complete, the request remains recorded for manual review.
