External discovery is not a free dealer plan

A car can be discovered by Project Apex without the dealership being a Dealer Partner.

Project Apex may surface eligible vehicles through approved external inventory relationships because the car is relevant to buyers. That is Project Apex discovery, not a complimentary dealer account. Official Partner presence, dealer control, Buyer Demand access and dealer intelligence are reserved for participating Dealer Partners and selected Founding Dealer Pilot participants.

Commercial model

Built around curation, not inventory volume.

Project Apex remains a curated automotive discovery platform first. The dealer subscription monetises official participation in that environment; it does not turn the platform into a bulk classified site.

Curation stays independent

Payment never overrides Project Apex eligibility. A Dealer Partner can submit or sync current stock, but only vehicles that fit the Project Apex whitelist and curation standard are published.

Inventory source does not set the price

After a completed Founding Dealer proof period, Dealer Partner is the same €149 monthly continuation regardless of the supported inventory route. Inventory that Project Apex merely discovers through an external source stays Project Apex discovery until the dealer explicitly becomes a Partner.

Dealer value sits above the listing

The paid product is official participation in Project Apex: presentation, Buyer Intent, Buyer Demand, control and measurable dealer intelligence — not a fee for each individual advert.

Flexible inventory connections

Project Apex is built to work with multiple inventory routes.

Dealers can manage eligible inventory directly, while external feeds and distribution partners can make onboarding and discovery more efficient. Those routes are references or supported inventory connections; they do not grant Project Apex permission to copy third-party marketplace content. After a completed pilot, the €149 Dealer Partner continuation is independent of the supported inventory route used.
