Automotive significance
The GTC4Lusso refined Ferrari’s four-seat all-weather GT strategy rather than replacing it with a conventional luxury-car formula. Its evolved 4RM system worked together with rear-wheel steering and integrated vehicle-dynamics controls, extending the technology introduced by the FF. Later in 2016, Ferrari also added the rear-wheel-drive, turbo-V8 GTC4Lusso T, broadening the same four-seat platform into a second powertrain configuration.
